How much does it cost to notarize a document?

Fee's start @ $35 and go up from there based on location and number/type of documents for each notary appointment, which is the fee for use of our platform and services. The actual charges for the notarial act will be completely based on what you have to notarize, and the number of documents.

What is your hours of operation?

We are online 24hrs a day, and 7 days a week. The appointment can be scheduled for Monday-Sunday 8:00AM-8:00PM.

How does the payment process work?

Once the notary deliver the services, you will be able to pay me directly for the services done. The total charges for the notary services are based on the type of document and the quantity of the service rendered.

How do I know the ETA for the service?

You can schedule the time slot online. I will try my the best to keep the time slot. Also, you could call me to get the estimated time frames available.

How can I add more documents/services after scheduling the appointment?

You could call me at my office and confirm about my credentials of notary on additional services.

Can I pay with credit card?

Yes, you can pay with a credit card. I am able to accept credit card payments at the site.

Are your notaries certified/insured?

Yes, all of our notaries are licenses with the State of Arizona and carry a proper Surety Bond and Notary Errors/Omissions Insurance.
